Ilona Baars is born and raised in The Netherlands.
Her passion for storyboarding grew during her Animation Bachelor in The Netherlands. She went to The Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark to focus solely on storyboarding.
Her credits include Netflix “Apollo 10 1/2 A space Age Childhood” and Warner Bros “The Sandman: Dream of a Thousand Cats” through Submarine in Amsterdam. Where she worked as a 2D animator.
Ilona enjoys following mentorships from other storyboard artists to enhance her storyboard skills and challenge herself to keep creating new stories.
